Tea tour and tasting was a must-do experience! Dinner in the train car was amazing! Service was great and food was excellent!

Lovely property in beautiful location. Far enough from Kandy to be very quiet but close enough for excursions. Very high level of finish and quality.

Prarthana and the staff was very professional and friendly. We had a very delicious breakfast next morning. Views were amazing from our room. Location is beautiful and very conveniently close to the tea lounges and Nuwara Eliya town. Room is very clean and comfortable.

Our stay at Te Dalu was exceptional. We loved that the hotel was located a little outside of Ella proper, which allowed for connection with the beautiful environment and scenery while still being convenient to the amenities of the main town. Our room faced the hillside and had a wonderful view of the temple on the hill, and in the morning with opening the balcony doors allowed us to listen to chants and the sounds of birds and monkeys while waking up. This was an amazing stay! Cozy room, nice breakfast, clean facilities, and excellent staff. The views were incredible. Easy to get to the main sites if you had access to a vehicle. No complaints at all! Note: The inn is up an extremely steep hill, so you'll need a vehicle to get there.

This is a lovely venue and a beautiful town. We had two nights here. The first was in a large family room in the basement, which was a little bit musty. But it was spacious and I appreciated that. The next night we moved upstairs to two large rooms with en suite. They were much more comfortable and lovely views. The breakfast was very nice and generous. The staff were very helpful.

Excellent hospitality by the staff and the hotel itself is clean and nice. Food from the in-house restaurant was pretty tasty and had a nice variety. Would definitely recommend this!

Great newer boutique hotel on lake Gregory. VJ and his team were most hospitable. Excellent room with balcony. Awesome breakfast. Stay here if you can.

Beautiful property, amazing food and friendly staffs. We enjoyed their food so much, it's probably one of the best hotel meals we've had! We also did cooking class and it was outstanding! Only wished the gym was already done when we visited.

Small and cozy boutique hotel with 6 rooms. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and made the stay an absolute delight. The lake view rooms are also amazing - the ones on the ground floor especially so as they have access to a little garden that was a great place to relax in the evening. Would wholeheartedly recommend this to any traveler. Incredible views from our room at Tunnel Top, overlooking the beautiful valley and the iconic train tracks! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We also loved that drinks were available for free throughout our stay. The staff were outstanding — super friendly and genuinely accommodating. Amazing property. Beautiful location. Well maintained and situated perfectly to take advantage of the natural surroundings. Rooms clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked including umbrellas mounted outside the door.
