"There was an issue on the first day of check-in, but it was solved the next day. And thank to the management team and the front staff. They are very friendly, caring and giving me a warm hospitality. The room is clean, excellent choices of breakfast, Location of hotel is great, near many good restaurants, pharmacy stores, clinic. I highly recommend this hotel."
"Room was very clean. Sheets were CHANGED every day not just folded back into place. AC works perfect. Wifi no issues 50mb/s. Very impressed with the quality of the hotel, only negative would be thin walls but it’s not a big deal.
Outside of the hotel - the beach is about a 25 minute walk away, other than that there isn’t much to do in that area, i’d say that’s the only negative. Overall the hotel is very good quality, very clean."
"We had an incredible stay at the Marriott Phuket Merlin Beach. Our swim-out room was absolutely amazing — the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we especially loved the day bed on our patio, where we spent many afternoons napping and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.
The staff and amenities were fantastic from start to finish. The food and drinks were delicious, and everyone we met went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
A very special thank you to Ice, whose compassion and understanding during a family issue meant more to me than he knows. His assistance was truly appreciated. And a big thank you as well to Dew, who greeted us with such warmth every day — he is the sweetest young man and always made us feel welcome.

"I loved this hotel! From start to finish we received excellent service. The moment we checked in they offered us a free upgraded room which was awesome after such a stressful day of traveling. The breakfast was decent with lots of options. The Italian restaurant was good! I wish they would make their drinks a little stronger at the bar. The hotel is super close to Patong beach and they have long tail boats that will take you to Freedom Beach which is considered the one of the nicest beaches in Phuket. It was also convenient to lots of bars and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again! "
