Hotel Riu Vallarta - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"This was my family’s first time staying at Riu hotels. I must say we all truly enjoyed it. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and engaging with everyone. Truly family oriented resort. The buffet is actually tasty which you can’t really get at many all inclusive. From check in to bar, to towel and pool services, top notch hospitality. We can’t wait to go back!"
Hotel Riu Palace Pacifico - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"The Riu Palace is well designed, well appointed and I appreciated the attention to detail i.e. washrooms (WC’s) were kept clean. The room was comfortable and service was efficient. Reception was friendly and fast. My only knock on staff was not the people (to a person, they were great), but more so the need for more pool-side servers; 3-4 more during the day would have made for less (necessary) trips to the bar. The beach is well located, allowing for a large number of chairs for those who prefer the sand and those that prefer pool-side."
"the rooms were beautiful, and clean, the pools were big and beautiful, the staff was friendly especially the waiters, my only complaint was that it was impossible to get a reservation for the specialty restaurants. The food at the buffet and the snackbars was very good but it would have been nice to go to the steakhouse or italian restaurant a change"
Delta Hotels by Marriott Riviera Nayarit, An All-Inclusive Resort
10/10 Excellent
"This resort was wonderful. Being not directly on the beach, we weren’t sure what to expect but the pools, jungle feel and beach club made it a great experience. Our room was large and well appointed. "
