"Staff is friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was disgusting. The floors were so dirty when I wiped up spilled water the paper towel was BLACK. There were footprints and hair from previous occupant all over the floor. The shower is so dirty and stained that we actually wore our sandals in it to shower. Towels were stained and dingy. The only reason I gave this place a 2 star is because the bed was clean and comfortable. Probably the only clean thing in the room. The mattress looked new. I would not stay here again or recommend this place to my family and friends. Also, there is road construction going on that we had the pleasure to wake up to at 4am."

"Area and pool were great! Staff was awesome! But - Room was not as clean as we hoped. Water park was closed so be sure to ask before booking. Fridge froze all of our food. But we would stay here again - location was great, ambiance was nice! Peaceful. Beautiful views! "

"Loved this place! First time :) Employees at the front desk were so kind and helpful and explained all the amenities. The room was soooo nice and we had an amazing view . The food at the restaurant was amazing and the bartender that waited on us was new but was so amazing and took such good care of us! We will definitely be back!!!"
