I just wish there was a dining table but everything else was great

I made a last minute reservation for Christmas Eve. The place was very quiet, front desk check-in was smooth. The room was really nice - I wish I'd known about the kitchen facilities available during previous stays in the area. The breakfast was better than others I've had at surrounding properties.

This was a cozy, quiet, perfect place to stay for a unique Columbus experience. The restaurants and shops nearby were fantastic and my morning jog through the neighborhood was delightful. The staff and valet attendants were courteous and helpful!! Highly recommend.

Nice hotel overall, very modern decor, very friendly staff.

Elevators were not working, which was very disappointing.

This hotel was very nice. We had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 full-size bathrooms in each bedroom. There was a large flat screen tv in each bedroom and another large flat screen in the living room. The best features were the beds and pillows which are fabulous. The hotel is directly across the street from the Easton Mall. You can walk to everything.

liked it a lot, building is an old bank, really cool.

I would really like free parking next time. It doesn’t make much sense that the hotel guests still need to pay to park.

Front desk person was amazingly helpful. Place was VERY clean.

Heater was a little noisy (popping), but was acceptable.

I always heard not such good things about motels. I took a chance and stayed here. I was very very impressed. The room was clean, pretty, and very modern. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. And it was cheap! I will be choosing to stay here everytime I have the option to.

The room was comfortable and clean and very nice, but the best part was how kind and helpful the staff was, especially Jack P at the front desk. We stayed 2 nights this past week that weren't consecutive, and Jack was understanding and even helped me bring everything up front when i was waiting for my husband. I don't walk well, and he was a huge help.

It was a really nice hotel especially for the price point. Enjoyed my stay
