"breakfast was not the greatest same thig every day rooms a little small. Parking was great"

"Shower door wouldn’t stay shut and would open by itself.. track not level. 2 restaurants but no menus in rooms.. they should have that. Had an issue with valet where our car was parked outside on the exit ramp for 2 days, they didn’t know where it was at. Blaimed on new staff, but manager took off charges. No one came by to clean our room or ask us if we needed anything for 2 days. Had to get items from front desk. Staff generally nice, great breakfast, and beautiful property… just need to get a few things more together.. weird experience "

Okay for the price, but $180 a night is a little steep for the stay. Location is great, and compared to other hotels in Saint Augustine, it's price and quality are the best. "
