Lovely room with deck overlooking the bay. I saw dolphins swimming about 50 feet offshore. The complimentary breakfast (quiche, sausage, fresh fruit) was beautifully presented on "real plates". Such a nice surprise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater Inn. The staff here were really nice and friendly. The deck was so nice to enjoy the river, dolphins and sunsets. There are nice rocking chairs to lounge in out there. We enjoyed breakfast and social hour daily in the lobby. Rooms have a mini fridge and Keurig coffee machine. There was no microwave in the room. But there is one in the lobby. Parking was easy and safe. We walked over the bridge a few times to enjoy the shops. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. And we found a neat thrift shop close by as well. The rooms are clean and bright. We’ll definitely be back to stay here again!

The cutest best place to stay while visiting St. Augustine. Right on the water!Cute little chairs out your door to watch the boats and bridge! The staff is probably the best we’ve ever had ! Rick was a complete delight as well as Sue! The rooms are very clean and the bed extremely comfortable! The breakfast was not your usual continental. Our host was cooking these wonderful egg cups that were delish along with sausage links, muffins, toast ect. We were served with coffee and place setting all while taking in the beautiful view! Wonderful conversation with the people that worked there too! I would definitely recommend this cute little Inn!

Great stay at Edgewater Inn. Small property right on the water with an amazing view of the bridge to St. Augustine. My room had a king size bed, very spacious and comfortable. Very nice breakfast served daily. The staff were all very friendly, I wiuld recommend staying here to anyone who intends on spending time visiting the shops, restaurants and sights of St. Augustine.

We loved this property. Location very nice, staff friendly and engaged. Wonderful breakfast and a very nice happy hour perk. There are 2 doors front and back. back door opens to a nice deck with a great view of St augustine and the water. So why not 5 star review? The floor in our room was filthy. We had white socks and when we took our socks off the first night the bottoms were black. No exaggeration they were black. we threw them out. This is a wood or vinyl floor not a carpet so a simple mop would have cleaned up.
