"We loved our stay. We were in the large round building with the king bed. It is not on the beach, but the property is quite small so that was not a problem. I loved all of the space. The onsite restaurant is fantastic, but they sometimes (often!) run out of flour for the pizzas. The beach, I think may be my favorite of all time and I travel! It is so long. We never did get around to walking as far as we could go to the left, which would be west, but did go that way a bit. But we did walk to the east or right, and we were able to make it all the way to Playa Bonita in the town of Las Terrenas! Bring water, we were so dehydrated by the time we got back, but so fun to be able to walk that far. And! There were waves for body surfing, or renting a surf board or boogie board. Can't recommend enough!"

"Excellent food! Beautiful beach and beautiful pool. Staff was fairly nice except for the front desk. Staff who were very very rude unless you spoke Spanish or or French. We spoke English. Also, when booking for this place, make sure you get a flight that is not through POP airport as it’s 3 1/2 hours it will cost you over $200 US. We were unaware of that and it was excruciating. Entertainment was wonderful except for having to listen to karaoke at the bar when we were going through one of our à la carte dinners. The à la carts were actually pretty good. The fusion restaurant was wonderful and the staff there were very very good. "
"This is a great way to travel with kids and adults with different dietary needs. Everyone had a wide choice of food to eat at every meal. Plus there is always something to do. Beautiful beach and well kept grounds. The room was spacious, the bathtub and shower large and full of a lot of hot water. Limited outlets for electronics. Staff very nice and accommodating. Activity leader for kids was a great teacher and so sweet. "
