"The shuttle was very easy to use, and we had good meals in the restaurant. The pool area was never in the sun so we didn't use it. There was construction going on in the hotel but it didn't bother us at all as it was only a bit noisy in the afternoon."

"An excellent choice for a late arrival at OR Tambo. Clean, modern and comfortable with great staff. You can access the hotel without going outside: Go up one level after exiting the arrival area- it is at the end of the parking garage access corridor. You take an elevator up to the hotel lobby, then a separate elevator to your room."
"This is the finest hotel I have ever stayed at. The Presidential Suite was extremely reasonable in price compared to a comparable hotel in the US. The staff is absolutely fantastic. The Nova Bistro restaurant in the hotel serves fantastic food and huge portions at a reasonable price. The cocktail prices are extremely fair.
