"The hotel was super traditional, and our room was spotless. The staff was really helpful and friendly too. Everything, like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, was just a 15 minute walk away. I had issues with my mobility, so I wouldn't stay on the European side. It's very hilly. The tram was quick and easy to use to get to places. Make sure you have enough data during your stay."
"Resepsiyon görevlisi Melih bey ilk girişten itibaren çok destek oldu. Sonrasında odamızda istediğimiz her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışan bir ekip vardı. Teşekkür ederiz."
"I want to give special thanks to Merve from concierge who listened to our every wish and tried to accommodate us with utmost regards to service quality. Also big thanks to from Reception, Madina from Housekeeping. Thank you for taking care of us during our visit 💞"
"First off there are issues with cooling / heating. We were in floor 11 and even with the heat off it was blistering hot, the system kept pumping heat in so you have to keep the window open and it’s so loud outside. Next the restaurant don’t waste money on the buffet $1800 ($50) usd for a horrible buffet and lack of staff, walk 5 minutes and get amazing food at all the nearby restaurants for a lot less. Location was good, it’s next to a high end area with lots of food. Would I stay here again, no!"
