"Mr Lutz is a exceptional person. He woke up extra earlier to prepare the breakfast for me despite his personal duties. Extreme friendly and helpful person! The stay was a dream! I hope to come soon for my ski trip!!!! I wish Mr Lutz would offer a workshop what customer service and care means!"

"The staff were absolutely amazing — truly the best experience! Special shoutout to Ana Regina and Aucki (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!) for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised — everything exceeded our expectations both inside and out. From the family-friendly atmosphere to the comfortable, clean room, every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Best hotel I have ever stayed at! From the Mountain View’s to the warmth of the staff would come back in a heartbeat. I have a dairy allergy and they catered for it perfectly never feelin like a fuss and just changing up recipes as needed. Location is peaceful and quiet and beds are super comfy. And this is all before I have even talked about their amazing sauna "

"The hotel is old and not very friendly to Americans at least the day I was there. No place to eat, so they charge for dinner buffet and when asked if anything else around I was told by the staff that there is one but you need a reservation. They get you for it is in the middle of no where and we arrived late and did not want to drive 30 minutes for dinner when they were possibly closed. I would find something else if I had to do it again."
