"Check in was not so smooth, there were issues with the room I payed online and to make the switch the process was shaky. Staff should be more prompt. The hotel rooms need a revamp for a 5 star resort but the pool area is really good! "

"Wow! What a truly amazing place to stay! Sure the resort is, in places, still being constructed but, unless you’re very picky, you really wouldn’t notice. And it’s such a lovely lovely place to visit - thoroughly recommended and we will be back!
