"One of the best hotels I have stayed in across the world. Great staff, loads of restaurant choice, business lounge was superb and the rooms and their technology where probably the best I have experienced."

"It was only a quick 3-hour nap on a layover so I didn't really test everything, but for that it was good. Check in was easy, room was clean, good a/c, & comfy bed. Loved the cute airplane themes. No complaints (about the hotel—didn't have a bit of a fiasco with the taxi getting there but that's not the hotel's fault 😅) "

"We had two nights at this lovely hotel owing to delayed flights. If you just want to relax then this is the place to stay. Comfortable rooms, great staff, lovely public areas, nice restaurant and fabulous pool area. There is also a gym and a tennis court. The city of KL is quite a distance but can easily be reached by taking the hotels shuttle bus to the airport and then a train to the city. "
