"Air conditioning is not working,
Food is bad.
I checked in 6 hours earlier and they charged me full day rate 220€. When on internet it costed 190€.
I will never go there again "
"The staff at Ajira are the perfect balance of efficient, kind and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and functional with an adequate size minibar, t/coffee making facilities and tv. The beds and seating are comfortable. The view was outstanding. "
"I’ve rarely written a bad review because I believe most things don’t make that much impact on me. This hotel is different. Building noise, not great food, almost unusable wifi, old tired rooms, dirty in room fridge, air con that’s old and noisy and sounds like it’s about to break. The construction noise can’t be helped but I’d avoid this hotel for the next 6-8 months because the drilling and sawing went on and on and on until 8pm. It was dreadful. Staff were generally helpful and nice but I’d say I was disappointed by the room and it was just very tired and rundown."
"Beautiful beach access in the back of resort. Friendly helpful staff. Dinner buffet was good. They packed breakfast for us on the go when we missed breakfast.
