You can stroll along Marina Hurghada for relaxing water views when you're in Sakkala. Spend the afternoon at the beach and head to one of the restaurants for a bite to eat. If you carry on walking you'll get to Hurghada Maritime Port for some more water views.
Whether you want to collect beach glass or watch the sunset, Marsa Alam Beach is a spot you might want to check out, located 1.3 mi (2.1 km) from central Marsa Alam. Enjoy the sunset by the shore at Abu Dabab Beach and Garden Bay Beach.

"When I was booking the hotel I was reading the reviews, a lot commented on it wasn't clean and not good food etc.
The hotel although being a bit older than some of the hotels we have stayed in in hurghada, (and that's a quite lot as we lived here 15 years)
I have to say it's one of the cleanest hotels we have been in Inc the beach toilets etc, All swimming pools clean, rooms were very clean.
The food was excellent, tasty with plenty of choice, and most of the staff were very helpful.
The only negative I would say to is make it a bit clearer, what food and drinks were all inclusive, and where you could and could not eat on the all inclusive.
Especially the beach restaurant that stops at 3 pm,would be nice both until 5 pm.
Otherwise we had a lovely stay and we will definaltely stay again."

Staff is very helpful except for the overwhelmed staff at check-in maybe due to Eid vacation rush. However generally the staff was very helpful.
Breakfast has wide variety and superb quality. Everything is good except for the coffee in terms of quality and accessibility.
Facilities are well maintained, however more entertainment is needed by the beach side."

The facilities, food and entertainment is great for families and couples with the best balance of value.
What really is standout is the staff, they are the most friendly and fun people you can imagine. The animation team are the best really good from Adam, MoMo and Hoem absolutely fantastic hospitality.

"The staff was really nice and friendly, the grounds are gorgeous and the views of the lagoon and Red Sea are breathtaking. My only complaint and the reason why I’m giving it a 4 star over all is because the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows are the worst pillows one can possibly get. I was there for a wedding and the rooms (my room) was a good distance from the lobby, but I like to walk so it was not a big deal at all. Except, for the day of the wedding. I called to get picked up by the golf carts as the walkways are too uneven to walk on in 5inch stilettos and the wind was really strong. It took them 40 minutes to pick me up and that was after calling the lobby 3 times. I eventually had someone in the wedding party tell them that I’ve been waiting and they need to come get me. Good thing the wedding party was running a bit late, otherwise I would have been left behind. The breakfast buffet is good, dinner not so much. There are a lot better options in the downtown area."
