"Amazing value for one night’s stay. I checked in late and the concierge was professional and patient. He kindly offered to pack a breakfast for me, as the complimentary shuttle bus pick up was at 5am and breakfast is served at 6am. That thoughtful gesture meant everything. The room was spacious and clean. Best sleep I had on my 10 day trip. Felt refreshed and ready for my 5 hour flight home. Thank you for the hospitality."

"Great choice for a one-night stay at SJO before heading to La Fortuna. The airport shuttle was very convenient, making check-in and check-out seamless. "Only 30 min from the airport, up in the coffee covered hills above the very vibrant Alajuela neighborhood, is the best, not too expensive hotel in San Jose. Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds and gardens, nice food and a very relaxing setting. We really enjoy spending our last night, after puddle jumping and before getting on that big old jet liner, just decompressing in affordable luxury. Go there, you'll be glad you did."

"It’s a great option to be close to the airport, adding a shuttle will be excellent! Also the bathtub on some or the rooms are not easy access so those are kind of dangerous. "
