10/10 Excellent

"From Check in to Check out, everything was amazing. Staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. We paid half board and have no complaints with the food service, lots of options and different cultural food on the menu. Staff were also amazing and very efficient whilst dining. The rooms were cleaned everyday and again Staff were very pleasant and ensured the service was excellent. We changed hotel last minute from H10 to Hotel Belvedere and we are glad we did. The hotel had everything you needed, great entertainment, pool, gym, sauna, steam room and spa. We went as a couple and the hotel was busy full of groups and families making a great atmosphere for all. Would definitely recommend to anyone booking. We will certainly be back. To all the staff at Hotel Belvedere, Thank you for the best memories made in Salou."

"Lovely clean hotel, food was decent for buffer style. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area a little busy and cramped, not relaxing. We were in room 310 and the door wouldn't lock properly at times, additionally the hot water would go from hot to cold and then really hot again. The shower head kept falling down but someone fixed it. The tap in bathroom was too small for the sink and couldn't really wash hands properly. I think we may have been given the worst room in the hotel as we were two lads, often happens to men sadly thinking we won't mind. Good stay but probably stay somewhere else after this visit."

"PROS: The hotel itself was very spacious, clean and well designed. The reception staff were extremely helpful and gave us many tips on travel to other towns and restaurants, etc. Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone! The hotel is in a really good location, close to the bus stop if you want to take a trip to Tarragona (must see)! Lots of choice for restaurants and ice cream bars, and not far from the Cami De Ronda coastal walk. CONS: The hotel advertises a pool bar, however this was not present during our whole 5 day stay. The TV in the room does not connect to the WiFi as we were told by one of the staff members and instead you have to screen share/AirPlay Netflix or YouTube to the TV…which also doesn’t work. The drain in the shower room had a really terrible smell that hit you as soon as you entered the room and was hard to take a shower because of it."
