"Stay was good. Breakfast was egg & veggie wraps every day as a hot breakfast. Cereal, bagels, muffins, apple yogurt is other option. Unfortunate for me, room was next to breakfast room and the door was banging all morning from 7 to 10 a.m. making it hard to sleep. I arrived at 12:45 a.m. from driving 16 hours. A teeenager was in hallway drying her mothers hair with a was a noisy hair dryer to add to noise. -Bed was very comfortable. Sheets could use a little update but were clean. Staff was super,super nice. Property was on strip with everything nearby. Went to Meow Wolf which was a special treat. If you want room service, you must requst it at front desk. Property is great for all ages. Has elevator to 2nd floor and ramp for wheel chair. Great handicap accessible. I DO recommend thos property"

"The hotel was nice. Check in was great. Guy was super nice and accommodating. I had just driven 10 hrs from San Diego and was driving 10 the following day taking my daughter, her dog and her car to Oklahoma State University. When we got in late I was going to jump in the shower before bed but the shower wasn’t getting hot so I figured I’d just wait til morning before getting on the road for another -0 hr drive. No hot water at all. On check out I told them there was no hot water and they said some of the rooms had been reporting it. I asked that the manager call me and she did. She was apologetic and said she credited me room service (roughly $50) and the $26 hotel service fee. It was a nice gesture but man I couldn’t put a price tag on a hot shower after that drive. Sort of soured me on the experience "
