"The room we had was on the 2nd floor room 302 and was at the front of the hotel and at night time would not get any sleep due to the wing place Rooster bar , the music was so loud that seemed we were at a concert. The music would play till closing time which was a little after 1:00am, this Happen every night and we booked for 12 days. The pool was closed and was just open Saturday and Sunday the days we were there. The cleaning lady was the same one every night and was very friendly and left our room spilt less."
"The rooms were clean and look pretty much like the pictures they also offered room service everyday. If you have back problems though, the beds are very firm and not really comfortable, even with 3(one from the extra bed and one that house keeping offered) of the thin comforters they put on the bed it was barely doable, or maybe I just like a soft bed Idk. As for amenities my room with the 2 beds only had a hair dryer, a small coffee maker, and an ice bucket that had to be filled by the kitchen staff, no self serve ice machine. Only suites have a small mini fridge and idk if they have any rooms with microwaves. Another thing they did not have was a laundry room or service. So my husband and I found a laundromat we went to twice via Uber since we stayed for 2 weeks. Staff was friendly, but you have to ask or inquire about everything or they won't tell you. Like wifi was unstable and they give you a password to log into it but it doesn't ask for a password to connect??? and there wasn't any pamphlet or paper instructions in the room about how to connect or about anything really. So I didn't bother asking. It worked when it worked. For an Iron you'd have to request it, luckily I brought my own portable steamer. Food was very traditional Mexican breakfasts they'd just change a little bit or offer a different variation of couple dishes every day. Plus side was very much only that it was 2 minutes from US Consulate and walking distance from the mall. Rooms aren't sound proof either"
"Rooms were tiny, and the “double beds” were smaller than a full. The room only consisted of the beds, and a hanging shelf where you could also hang your clothes, tv mounted on the wall and barely any space to walk around. If you’re going to be staying more than 1 day reconsider. No ice machine, breakfast was an extra charge, no mini-fridge. Laundry services means it’s sent out for dry cleaning per piece. Very close to consulate appointments but is basically just an overpriced room compared to other hotels in the area. "
"This property was amazing. It includes breakfast, and has a place to do laundry. The rooms as very spacious and include a mini-fridge. It’s nice that it has a small store inside so you don’t have to go out to get a snack as it’s open until 11pm. It also has free transportation to the consulate appointments. Overall 10/10. "
