"beautiful view of the lake. Room clean and kept up. hotel is close to many shops. Staff was amazing--especially Lisa at the front desk at 1am. she helped calm a fussy baby."

"Extremely helpful and kind staff; Room overlooking the pool courtyard was a little loud during pool hours, but comfortable. Pool itself was very clean and well maintained. Fun room for a family stay. "

"I had to pay $70 for my dog. It said pet friendly. Small print at bottom says for $70. Pretty sneaky if you ask me."

"This hotel was awful. The only ok part of the hotel was the pool. There was an extremely strong marijuana smell throughout the hotel and inside the rooms, the hotel was not clean, rooms were not well kept up, and beds were not comfortable at all. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone."

"This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom had what appeared to be blood smeared across the door, there were yellow droplets on the ceiling that might have been mold, the backsplash hadn't been cleaned in several guests by the amount of toothpaste splatter. The room itself was ok, except for the dead bugs by the window, peeling paint chips all over the floor. When we went up to the restaurant to try to have lunch, we were told by 2 different staff the food would take at least 45 minutes to come out as a deterrent for us to stay. So we never tried the restaurant, the front desk never had anyone at it. Oh and the location, right in the middle of the worst part of Duluth, and the contact high you get from all the pot being smoked in the parking area was also not great! This was probably a beautiful hotel 30 years ago, but it doesn't appear to have been updated in at least that long."
