"When we got to the hotel they gave us our room key and when we got to our room someone was already in that room.So they had to get us a different room.The room was okay.the air conditioning was leaking so it made the floor wet. We didn’t want to pack all our stuff to just switch rooms for the third time so we stayed in that room.The sink had cigarette burns on it even though that was supposed to be a non smoking room.the floor was not very clean.if had hair on the floor from another person...
