The location was amazing, and the pools, private beach area, and beach access was awesome. The property is pretty old but nicely maintained and freshened up. There are a few tell tale signs of how old and well ised the property is but all in all, I would recommend this location if you are in NSB and want to be at the beach, with an apartment style place to sleep in. Too bad I cant rate it with partial stars, as it is over4 but i wouldnt give it a full 5 due to some minor gaps.

Awesome location right on the beach. The hotel is clean but dated. You would sink to the to the pullout mattress frame below. They did not provide trash bags. Not a major deal. It was nice to walk back and forth to the beach.

It's worth sharing that we were able to book a 1-night stay over a holiday weekend, which seems next to impossible especially at the beach. So, for that, I was pleased. Given that, we chose not to consult the staff about a few issues we had with our room. Check-in was great and the staff was very accommodating to allow extra pool wrist bands for our friends that were at a neighboring hotel. The room we were placed in was on the first floor and immediately after the elevators. While we heard nothing, the smell was a bit odd. It was quite musty upon entry, but the bathroom had the worst odor. Since we were on the first level, the balcony was challenging to use. A design flaw likely, but the condensation from the AC units would run along the side of our balcony and splash all over the railing causing us to get sprayed while trying to be out there. Our AC unit was also very noisy when operating. Trying to sleep with it running was challenging, so we did have to go without it and utilize the room fans more instead. Again, given the 1-night stay, we weren't going to bother the staff with these issues as we ended up spending more time at the neighboring hotel with our friends. But, I would recommend some TLC for room 4106.

Room layout was great, lots of space, clean and better than expected. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and main strip. Parking was a problem, enough spaces for half the resort. Elevator stopped working on day 2, no garbage bags and Pool shower didn’t work. Beautiful place but needs some maintenance.
