"Very large hotel. No hot tub. Clean rooms and clean hotel "

"Breakfast was decent and always stocked. The room was clean an beds comfortable it the TV remote didn’t work right, the phone wasn’t working and the hot tub wasn’t working. Apparently they are having renovations but that wasn’t listed where you read about the hotel you really have to read all the fine print. When we tried to call the front desk about the remote we realized the phone was t working. We then went to the front desk to ask about it. We were told “oh maintenance doesn’t work weekends so you will have to deal with it. Just have the remote close to the box when you switch channels”. For reference the box is behind the TV. If it wasn’t for Expedia calling the hotel I doubt our stuff would have been fixed. I wouldn’t stay here again because the staff wanted nothing to do with fixing the situation. "

"I really want to call the police and press charges on the maintenance man I have never been so disrespected in my life!! He’s a 6ft man yelling at a 5’4 woman is unacceptable!!! "

"The front desk staff at check in and check out was not friendly and appeared quite irritated to even be at work. The room's heat did not work during winter. The breakfast options were nice and several options."

"Pros: Room was clean, and a lot of space for the room. Con: The lady who checked me in didn’t fully check me in but gave my room key to me. Had to go down to front desk & check in the next morning and signed what I needed too. Got home & found out they charged my card twice due to THEIR mistake and have to wait and see if the manager can get my money back. "
