Renville County Hotels

"The hotel itself was clean and beds were comfortable and staff were friendly but I didn’t feel safe in the block “A” we were staying . After checking in we went around to the “a” door and there was a van where people stumbling around it obviously not sober, cleaning out garbage and clothes onto the ground and also into a wagon. There were a few questionable people hanging around the doors all night as well. While you need a key to get in at one time I found it propped open with bottle allowing anyone to come in. We had a horrible sleep the first night as we woken up by someone screaming and yelling and it carried on for awhile. I did complain to the front desk about all this and they were going to look into it and I hope they take it seriously. I’ve stayed in this hotel before but not sure if I’d be back if they allow this kind of stuff to go on in and around their place."

"We booked this hotel specifically so we could use the water park. We arrived at the water park to find all the slides and kiddie pools were shut down. We were not informed ahead of time or even at check in. Very disappointing stay."

"My senior age sister tripped and fell at the entrance because there was no lighting. She hurt her knees and arm. This was reported to the morning staff. "
