"Great welcome - was upgraded to a superior room thanks to my Expedia membership, and also treated to a 20% discount voucher on food and drinks. The room itself was perfect, nice size, good shower room, and superlative quality sheets. Quiet, all perfect other than one lift being out of order but the hotel wasn’t busy. Location is great, only a 2mn walk vis a tunnel to the terminal. This was my 2nd stay and will happily do so again."

"Breakfast times when busy was displayed on as board outside the breakfast room but in the morning. Can I suggest this information is displayed before breakfast is served. Then guests can organise themselves around the busy times. Stalina and the shorter dark haired lady from reception were very helpful and an asset to your hotel."
