"Un poco de mala gana de repente el personal en area de recepción y estacionamiento en general muy bien muy amables! Son pocos los que tienen su actitud negativa. Recuerden es servicio al cliente y las personas pagan no se les hace un favor. Repito el personal muy amable en general excepto por ahi alguien que no entiende en concepto de trabajar en servicio al cliente"

"This is a budget hotel. For that category, it is very good/excellent. It's very clean and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. However, it's still a budget hotel and as such, the furnishings are more utilitarian than comfortable. The beds and pillows in particular are horribly uncomfortable. Do not eat in the restaurant. It's terrible. So bad in fact that we elected not to eat the free breakfast. Ordered nachos one day and they came cold and were inedible. They basically poured cold cheese sauce over chips and added sour cream and jalapeños and then put cooked meat on top. Didn't even heat the whole thing before serving. Worse than you could get at a movie theater because at least there the sauce comes hot. It's too bad that the food is so bad. I expect more from this hotel chain. It was their one major failing."
