"Excellent location and the atmosphere. Staff was always helpful and supportive. Although we booked dinner throughout our stay but there was not much options there probably because of the small amount of people. Meat supply on American bbq dinner was issue controlled manner we had to wait long time to eat grilled meet and forced me to finish my dinner eary."

"Nice room with lagoon access, staffs are very friendly and sweet (so many trinkets almost every day, floaties, chocolate, fruit baskets, cake, etc), great amenities (so much fun with buggies hope on and off between buildings), breakfast buffet taste a lot better than a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. Very polite and helpful staff at the reception, quick check in for late arrival, helped me with arranging for pickup for my tour (Danny), polite and attentive (Nita - help with breakfast boxes due to early morning departure and Suwati). Good location, close to walk to Kuta Beach. Also good breakfast buffet and attentive staff at this restaurant. Look like a nice swimming pool, but did not get a chance to use it. Spa on this location was great "
