"The location is very good, close to the train station, very convenient. The hotel is old but seems to be under renovation. It has good potential after that. The staff is super friendly. There are stairs to enter the hotel, which is not ideal for elderly people, but there is a lift to go to the rooms."

"Room is clean but it lacks useful things such as a fridge and a kettle for some tea and coffee. Staff is very helpful. Shuttle service is excellent. Ate at the restaurant in the evening. You pay a high price for a very small portion of commercial food. Restaurant is not recommended. In my opinion its a tourist trap. "
"Good hotel in old part of Chur - about 15 mins walk from train station. Great rooms - comfy beds and clean. Breakfast very nice too.
My only negative was the lady on check in who was quite unfriendly and did not give me a good first impression - I understand many people stay for just one night but that’s the nature of the town and the business. I found her quite intimidating "
