"The place is beautiful. The staff are all pleasant and friendly. I was unable to take advantage of the beach. The room was comfortable and beside the restaurant area. They had a small gym, which could be used anytime from 10 am to 9 pm. The beach is 29 steps down from the small shaded pool area by the reception. The place is very beautiful, what with all the trees and winding pathways through the villas. "

’s vacation experience worth while! The property was very clean and they take their time to help each guest. The private beach front is like no other and quite relaxing. We appreciate Lovely, Raymund, Raven, and John Paul as well as the rest of the staff. 10/10 would come back to again to Villa Umi. "

"This property has a certain charm, is very atmospheric with pretty gardens, but seems passed its prime. The room we were given smelled strongly of mold, the private pool was too gross to swim in, the small beach was not inviting and everything generally felt decrepit, dirty and in poor condition. After complaining and showing staff our issues with the room, we were eventually moved to another one which was much better. Our experience wasn't great but some may like it and staff was responsive....
