Titanic Hotel Belfast
10/10 Excellent
"Titanic hotel was a charming experience and step back in time, a taste of luxury. The feeling of being on board a luxury liner was magical our room was very comfortable with everything you need for a lovely night. The view of the Titanic museum from our room was beautiful especially when lit up after dark. The food was excellent served in a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed strolling round the hotel looking at the paintings and Titanic memorabilia. Great hotel and a wonderful museum ."
"I’ve reached out to the hotel and had one response in regards to the list of complaints we had about our stay. In summary we had a buzzing noise outside our room the entire time and when I went to the desk I was told it would go off as we were above the kitchen.. we were not above the kitchen and it didn’t go off!
There were a lot of things about the stay that wasn’t very nice and to not receive a proper response was just adding insult to injury.
Not a 5 star hotel in my eyes I am really sorry but you need to treat your customers (especially repeat customers) better"
"Property was clean. It was located more in the suburbs rather than downtown.
We liked the complementary bikes. Breakfast was nothing special.
Staff were not overly helpful"
"A really lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, and the staff were so kind from the moment we checked in! We stayed two nights, and apart from a plumbing glitch that caused the water to need to be turned off, all was lovely. The breakfast is incredible - definitely recommend!"
