"Didn’t have breakfast Room very clean "

"The hotel is excellently located and easy to find with plenty of signposts whichever direction you’re arriving from. It was easy to find a parking space. Staff at reception were very friendly and efficient. The lobby area has a reasonably priced 24 hour bar with a decent selection. The food offering seemed quite limited to me, I’m sure if you are arriving after a long flight you’d be happy with the menu but I think if you’re staying here before going on holiday you might like to get food on the way or, as we did, pop into Bishop’s Stortford. Room was very comfortable with an excellent shower and good quality toiletries. Breakfast was good, the hot food was replaced regularly and there was a plentiful selection of other typical continental breakfast items."

"Was convenient for an overnight stay before catching an early flight. Would not stay again as my daughter and I both woke up with insect bites on our legs. Did not see anything but has put me off staying again."

"Reception staff were excellent. Room was well appointed and the bathroom very clean. Bar and wait staff were very pleasant and courteous but in need of further training."

"My wife could not connect to the Wifi on the firestick that we brought from home. She tried the front desk, but there was nothing they could do. So they then resorted to buying the movie on the "Internet TV" Youtube, but that also just showed the loading screen and never ended up working. It was dissapointing as I booked it for my wife and her friend to have a nice relaxing time away from the kids. "

"The hotel is bang in the middle of town and the staff are friendly, the shower is good but could use more pressure and the bed is comfy. The breakfast was the best breakfast i have had at a hotel. The Air con system has no effect on the temperature of the room and the window in our room was broken. The hotel is also over the road from a night club and is very noisy till 2am and then at 6am the bin men start up at outside. this is not the hotels fault but if you want a good night's sleep you won't find it here. "
