The staff were lovely, the food was very good, the bed was nice, clean and comfortable.....but there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom was dirty."

"Really friendly staff but my room was shabby with marked, stained and ripped wallpaper. It was located at the front of the property with a lot of late night noise and light from the main road. I see many other 10/10 reviews but can not say they reflected the room I was given. The room was clean, however."
