"The bed was one of the best I've slept in - topper, linen, all great - and the complimentary coffee also really good (beats Nescafé, and I know it's a tiny detail, but in the depths of winter, it matters!). Breakfast was plentiful, and the Nør restaurant also great for a Christmas meal. The bar staff were also lovely. It was a shame there weren't more food options available over Christmas, but even so, I had a wonderful stay."

"It may be that I was in one of the rooms that has not been updated as my colleague's room was different. Mine had older carpet with stains and the window shades didn't cover the window well, and it was May, so light most of the night. The bathroom and beds were clean, but the carpet was so old in the room that it appeared dirty even if it was clean."
