"Staff was very helpful. Rooms were bit dated with old furniture and curtains. Two of the main swimming pools were under maintenance. The other pools were very busy and not really clean. Limited options in the breakfast and very crowded. Access to the town is not great, You have to change from Resort travel to local travel which takes 15-20 minutes to reach central."

"This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Everything was excellent—fast transportation to the hotel, quick check in at my room, friendly and kind staff, delicious food and gorgeous beach and grounds. You can feel how much pride they take in making guests happy. I got sick during my trip, and the staff took such good care of me. They checked on me, helped with anything I needed, and made me feel safe and supported. That meant more than I can say. It’s truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I honestly wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else."

"I love the location of the hotel very quiet and less crowded, it’s only 5 minutes walk to the beach where you can see the Keyhole. Free Hotel shuttle is great and always on time. I truly enjoyed their breakfast buffet food was delicious. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Also I love the private terrace, great spot to sip your coffee and enjoy the morning breeze overlooking the pool. Overall a great place to relax and unwind. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you!"

"It was a good stay, however they delayed us during the checkin and this is a big no no, and they had to fix the hot water in our suite since it was not working.. then, something that needs to be pointed out is that the property was very far from the city center, so you were left with the only restaurant/s they had in their property and didnt have the option of chosing."
