"The property and the beach were beautiful and the staff was excellent! I didn’t like that at the adult side they advertised the Market for eating and it was closed. Just because it’s considered low season should not be a reason to not have it open. The breakfast also only serves until 10am where as the family side serves until 11am."

"The beginning of the trip was good. Front desk was very helpful and tried their best to assist and got us the best room update. The spa was amazing. Spa stuff went above and beyond for us to have the best experience. Pools were clean and and amazing. Food was very delicious and a lot. I'm very upset about room cleaning and overall stuff. And yes we tipped them very well. Room cleaning services were horrible. The bathroom stayed dirty during our entire trip, bedsheets never got changed (I accidentally got lipstick on it that's how I know it never been changed), we tried to call front desk never picked up the phone. On our 3rd day of stay the cleaning services ladies gathered right in front of our room and were arguing so lound it was only 8am and we slept late, i had to walk out and ask them to let us sleep. Service was poor, majority of them speek 0 English and there were huge communication issues. The shows and activities are very poor. Need to bring more activities at the end of the day you get bored and there's nothing to do beside walking around the hotel."

"AC was not working and staff were deceptive and unhelpful about the situation. We had to ask multiple times about the lack of AC to be finally told the AC was down across the entire resort. We only learned from other guests that the issue had been going on for over 48 hours. The resort itself has a nice beach but its very large which means they run golf carts to take everyone around. Not very walkable and even if you like to walk the carts use the same path as you would to walk which means you have to constantly dodge carts. I'd advise you look elsewhere for your stay."

"Property was located with nice surrounding and was pleasure to walk around. Beach were not usable due to lots seaweed. Room was ok as they did not deep clean it. Jacuzzi was broken, tv and remote were not working in room 2014. It was hard to explain any staff due to language barrier. Very hard to get pure vegetarian or jain food in dining area. If you are vegetarian then do not have much choice, so try some other resort instead of this one. Thanks for providing this opportunity."

"We recently stayed at Palladium Resort as a family of five, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Our vacation started with a delayed check-in for one of our rooms. While the resort is large and spacious, we were surprised by how many cars, motorcycles, and golf carts were driving throughout the property, often at unsafe speeds. Constant honking made the atmosphere feel more like a busy street than a relaxing resort. The food was another major disappointment. Most restaurants seemed to serve very similar menus, and the à la carte restaurants that required reservations did not deliver the quality of food or service we expected. The staff generally tried their best, but many employees were unable to communicate effectively in English, which made even simple requests difficult. The most serious issue occurred in our room when a staff member accidentally dropped a wine bottle. We were assured the broken glass had been cleaned up, but glass fragments remained throughout the room. As a result, both my daughter and my mother were injured. After spending several hours speaking with multiple managers, the resort finally moved us to another room and provided an upgrade. Unfortunately, even the upgraded room had a strong sewage odor.Overall, the resort appears to be in poor condition."
