"My stay was great , I willl give you guys 5 stars for sure just because of your staff service . My issue was my TV never turned on , called front desk and the kind young guy came up reset the breaker and had do do the Telus reboot . All good no issue , later on that night I used the micro wave and blew the breaker again and lost my TV again . Luckily. I saw what the young guy did to reset by removing the micro wave and reset it my self without having to call front desk. Other than that , the staff was amazing helpful and "
"What a treat. Beautiful location. Great amenities. Restaurant seemed to be out of a lot of random food items that are on the fullltime menu. That part seemed bizarre for a place busy enough.

"Good location. Can be a bit convoluted to get your vehicle into, as the access off the highway is congested. Room was sufficiently clean, amenities were in order. Took a few tries to get the room temperature comfortable, but then it held nicely. The continental breakfast was standard (in a very "meh" kind of way), but it was very busy, definitely try to hit it early.
Staff were all lovely, check in/out were flawless, a good overall value. "
"This hitel is clean, quiet and the staff are very accommodating. I travelled with an elderly lady who had a dislocated shoulder and the staff immediately changed my room when she saw her condition. She put us in a room with lower beds so it was easier to get in and out of. That's staff that really want you to be comfortable! We had breakfast there and used the guest laundry. All in all, a great stop over place in our travels and I will definitely stay there again!"
