This was a last-minute booking through hotels.com, made by a friend. As a result of another person having made the booking, there was a credit card issue which was resolved over the phone with the person who made the booking once we arrived at the hotel. The staff were accommodating and friendly and the rooms were very clean.

We were here for 5 nights. Check in was very easy. The desk staff was awsome. The hotel (except lobby) was very dated. The restaurant is closed indefinitely 😔 We had a 4th floor room with the only noticeable updates were a rain shower head that sprayed everywhere and a spay tap at the sink that also sprayed everything. The elevator and hallways were filthy. We put our "please make up our room" tag on the door for 2 days and got nothing eventhough the housekeeper was across the hall. Even at 5am the coffee station had nothing left but empty sugar & creamer garbage all over. This hotel is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the hiway though.
