This was a last-minute booking through hotels.com, made by a friend. As a result of another person having made the booking, there was a credit card issue which was resolved over the phone with the person who made the booking once we arrived at the hotel. The staff were accommodating and friendly and the rooms were very clean.

No in room coffee... and in lobby machine was broken most often. No hot chocolate, or other options. No cleaning staff on Saturday, but we generally don't require cleaning every day, but surprised when we said that we were told no staff anyways. Staff was friendly but seemed disingenuous and caught lying several times. Over worked as only one person at desk who had to shut down the lobby to assist with breaker outage, coffee machine matters, and pool towels etc... Walls are paper thin and you can hear every neighbour, opening every door, patio door, and every flush. Also, in the middle of the night someone was opening and slamming a door numerous times, and girls in a nearby room up until 2 or 3 laughing and partying. Could go on but I will leaving it at that.

This hotel is a good economical hotel. The rooms are basic and a little dated. They don't have AC and there is staining in the tub and various places in the room. If you can get over that the hotel is an excellent price given it's location. The hotel does offer a pool and hot tub which are well used. The shower sprayes water off the back wall and it can make the floor near the tub wet. The hotel doesn't offer wash cloths in the bathroom. Housekeeping service is available upon request. The beds are good and there's sufficient lighting in the room. Some units offer a mini stove with sink if you wish to prepare your own food. The main parking lot fills up so if you arrive later in the evening there may not be parking there. Although, there's ample extra parking along the side which is a short walk away. I would stay here again as it's a decent place to shower, rest and sleep.

The hotel needs a little more upgrading. The pool and hot tub change rooms needs some attention. It would be helpful if the staff when checking in provides more information on the amenities, especially if this was your first time visit!

The website did not say that the room was only accessible by stairs and I have difficulty climbing stairs. The room was also very cold and the thermostat did not seem to work. I have stayed at this hotel before and have never encountered this situation. Checking in late at night after a long flight and encountering this was not pleasant.

Well first the positives: the staff were pleasant and check in/out process was easy. Lots of parking. Great location. The room was very reasonably priced comparatively. The rest: the room really had an odor! The sheets were clean but ill fitting. Our room had a kitchen that we paid a bit more for but there was only a tiny saucepan and some frying pans- nothing to use for the oven as the pots/pans had plastic handles. We used the pot as a kettle. The toaster barely worked. There was a beat up microwave that we didn’t use. There were no dish cloths/towels but staff supplied a ripped up cloth and towel when we asked. They also do not do facecloths but were great when we asked for extra hand towels. We didn’t try the pool so can’t review that. I have to say that I knew a bit what I was getting into but wasn’t expecting the kitchen and room to be quite so run down. Maybe it’s just the kitchen suites ? All in all our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and it wasn’t terrible mostly because of the location, pleasant staff, and clean and comfortable beds.

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spotless, the staff was friendly, and the hotel offered great value for money. We especially enjoyed the excellent swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna—it was a perfect way to relax and we had a wonderful time.

The pictures very deceiving room looked nothing like the photo and dirty popcorn and dirty socks on the floor. Rundown poor customer service zero housekeeping paid for 3 guests only two towels trying to get towels a nightmare two coffee pods when asked for an extra for 3 paying guests was told we only give two not even a stir stick had to use the same paper cup for 3 days. I even got poor attitude when asking for a roll of toilet paper but housekeeping would never come to fill anything.

Somebody stole my money clip(4-500 dollars) from my room even though I had a do not disturb sign. I noticed my Bosch battery for my e-bike was not working when i got home. These could be close to 2 thousand dollars to replace.

A very old property with large rooms, budget friendly but don't expect too much. Some rooms extremely noisy (near laundry areas or ice maker in the hall). Basic cleanliness was ok but not exceptional. Has a decent pool, sauna & hot tub reasonably maintained. No other amenities that were open. Ski shuttle bus from front door. Many restaurants/ mall within walking distance.
