"The staff—from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping—were all excellent and truly made the stay enjoyable. The location is also a big plus, as it’s very close to the main attractions and a cute town nearby. However, there isn’t much to do on the property beyond staying in your room. The pool was not heated and was too cold to use, and there seemed to be ongoing maintenance issues, including a leaking roof and workers frequently fixing things. Overall, the staff was the highlight of the experience.
