"The property was located in a good area and was quiet. The walk to restaurants and the port is just a short 5-10 minute walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had issues with our AC/heat unit working and they were quick to respond and resolve the problem. Although they couldn't resolve it that evening, they brought us extra comforters and offered us free breakfast for the remainder of our stay. The breakfast was delicious and timely! Parking around the property was easy."

"SCAM!! DONT STAY HERE! We booked this hotel with very high hopes, and it was nothing but a let down. It was advertised as “free daily breakfast” as well as the pool being open “April-October” but once we arrived in MAY the pool was closed. I complained about the pool and they immediately changed it on their website to “June-October”. They advertise a workout area, but keep the doors locked all throughout the day so you aren’t able to use it. Also I went to the front desk to try to figure out solutions and they said to email the hotel. I have sent over 20 emails and haven’t received one reply. I know they are receiving them since we had a conversation there at the beginning of our stay. There is mold in the bathroom, the room smells like mildew. Again when complained I heard nothing back from the hotel at all. There’s no breakfast like advertised. Save your money and book else where because these people are scammers. We are never ones to complain nor make posts on these sort of things but this was crazy."

"Convenient location on the town edge. Everything is still walkable from here. You are however surrounded by construction activities at the moment. Was some minor issues with cleanliness of the room on my arrival. "

"Civitas definitely exceeded my expectations! The property looks exactly as advertised online. The room, the pool and the super friendly staff are a part of my highlights for my trip to Milos. Evita (receptionist) was very accommodating and provided suggestions for things to do around the island. I would come back in a heartbeat!"
