"Clean room indeed also location was fantastic"

"Hotel is at an amazing prime location and the building is impressive! Our room was massive and super clean with friendly staff helping us with booking tours, information and anything we needed like extra pillows. Sunday breakfast although appeared small was actually very reach with 3 types of eggs over 7 types of cheese including an amazing feta salad Greek style,fluffy pastries and fruits. Problem was Monday breakfast which was a lot smaller in selection and quality. Huge gap between the 2 breakfasts!due to the lower amount of people starting over it seemed they didn't put the same effort and that is the only reason it's not 5 stars review. Bottom line you can't be disappointed with the location staff or food. Also you have 2 restaurants and a cafe place right at the ground floor so you don't need to wonder too far for a great meal."

"Hotel was 5 minutes walk from the main square and very well located. Very clean and spackous rooms and staff lovely. Breakfast was basic and a help yourself buffet with 3 warm options. There was no bar but alcohol and snacks were available to buy in reception. Overall would definitely stay here again."

"It is sad to see a hotel decline as this Novotel has. I have been staying here each year for about the past 4 or 5 years and steadily see services and quality go down but the prices increase! Where do I start: Reception - some (read very few)staff were good - others just rude and very inattentive. For example, I called four times as the remote for the TV did not work properly. They answered the first two times then the following two times just hung up. I could not get the TV to turn off so I ended up having to sleep the first night with the TV on and sound muted ... not ideal. The following day I went to reception to explain and finally they swapped out the remote. Air conditioning just didn't work and I had to resort to having the window open 24 x 7. Lots of street noise !! I was on the executive floor which used to have a complimentary bar which was topped up each day. Now you get a (very) cut down version when on check in and that's it. No top up. The "business centre" in the lobby - printer didn't work, and I ended up having to get my one page on to a USB stick and reception printed it. If you have dined there over the last few years, the menu really has not changed, My room wasn't cleaned the first day and I had to request it to be done. Also there is a large water stain on the wall. The room looked like it really needed to be updated or at least dep cleaned. Will I stay there again next year? I don't really know. I know there are far better places at better prices"

"A decent 3 star hotel in good location with poor breakfast , internet in the room kept dropping every 5 minutes they asked me to pay extra to get better internet 😮. "
