"Room was filthy, construction going on(which we knew), water park closed at 6pm and check in was 4pm. Only stayed one night and water park was big draw for children. 2 hours is unacceptable. "

"The hotel is nice . The room was not. We walked in and everything was disheveled. The sofa bed was out and furniture was all pushed to one side. Everything in the kitchen was out on the counter, to include dishes, pots, silverware. Nothing was in the cabinets. The bathroom was the same. The towels looked new but smelled like cigarettes which made the room smell. The bedding was dirty and the furniture was all disheveled. Overall the room looked like it was being remodeled and they just forgot to clean it up and make it look inviting."
