"Front desk and bar staff were excellent. Maid staff was ok. Pool area was ok. We had a renovated room and it was decent except for the door was hard to open and close.Ongoing construction so be aware of limitations and noise. Resort is dated and dining options at the resort are limited but a pub and Italian restaurant within walking distance."
"Couldn’t use the pool because the geese were using it. Couldn’t use the hot tub because it was dirty. Couldn’t use the fridge because it didn’t cool and froze because the air conditioner was wack! So, no I would not recommend this establishment and by the way I did let them know about the issues and no, nothing was resolved!"
