"This is a fine facility. We didn’t make use of the amenities except for the snack bar area. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We stayed only one night, but felt that even a much longer stay would’ve been very good. we were very pleased to see an elk feeding outside the main lodge."
"Decent place. The room was clean but we were overlooking a pirate ship with lots of tourists touring it and looking at our room. Also the iron was not available for in room use. I had to go down stairs to the conference room were they have it set-up. "
"We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. If we hadn’t booked through Expedia, we would have requested a full refund.
Our visit started off on the wrong foot when the manager, Richard, made an inappropriate remark implying that booking through a third party causes issues because “you’re dealing with people from India.” This was unprofessional and concerning.
We had to change rooms three times due to cleanliness and maintenance problems, including mold, hair, and a shower that wouldn’t drain. In another room, a ceiling sprinkler leaked onto our belongings.
The most alarming issue occurred at the pool, where our children found a syringe. Additionally, one of our kids stepped on an earring, and when we asked for a bandage, we were told they had run out and wouldn’t have more until the following month.
There were no lifeguards present, and both staff and management were consistently rude and unhelpful.
Overall, this was an unacceptable experience, and we will not be returning."

"There was no issue during the night spent. However upon returning to PHX the desk wouldnt answer the phone so the shuttle could pick us up. Upon checkout that my credit card was billed $50 for a damaged linen in the room. Ive been trying to contact Mark Ross the GM at the property but he's unresponsive.
Very frustrated to say the least. I would recommend this property to no one ever."
