"So this is a typical hotel with adequate offerings. Sadly the breakfast felt very much like a cruise ship lineup with very little taste or unique foods. The restaurant staff were great, very energetic and extremely nice. They just need more to work with as far as the breakfast food is concerned. Rooms were clean and spacious but noisy. "The Best Western Plus in Jonesboro is a decent stay, especially for the money. The property is old, and that is evident by just looking around inside and outside. The room seems pretty clean but smelled of mildew and had several repairs in the drywall in the bath area that were not done professionally. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The price was very economical, so I wasn't expecting much. In the future, I would likely spend the extra 40$/night to have a facility that was a bit cleaner and probably less mold and mildew. Overall decent for the value."
