"The staff is also something that I wanna praise. They are very welcoming.
Cyndi from the day shift was awesome with a smile every morning and then Natasha at night made sure that I had everything I needed
I was very pleased because I’m having to stay in town as I only live 40 minutes away because of work so I’m spending four weeks in town and going home on the weekends. I have one more week but highly recommend this location.
In addition for those traveling into the Sandpoint boundary area the review hotel has tiny homes. I think that’s what they’re calling them on property. They’re back behind the hotel and there’s two right now but they’re planning on adding five or six more. There’s a walking path in ponds and dog park it’s very quiet very serene with views of the mountain. I highly recommend this hotel. I did not go into the hot tub or this pool area or the exercise rooms did visit them and they are well taken care of not overly chemical and they had a nice supply of exercise equipment in the exercise room and even have a ski waxing room. "Everything was so clean and well maintained. Felt fresh and new. Shower was huge with great water pressure. Beds super comfy. Staying here when I am in Boise next time for sure! "
"The room was really clean and cleaning staff extremely friendly, but they couldn’t keep up with dirt/mud in the staircase. You have to supply all your own dishes, pots & pans etc (which I knew ahead of time so I packed accordingly) The internet was down for a day and Tv was down for a couple hours. Construction site next door and green space full of litter and a homeless living under a blue tarp next to semi trucks. There are definitely worse hotels. Did feel safe and parking area safe. Many great restaurants walking distance from hotel. Overall quiet area when construction hours were over."
"Hot tub and pool were great except hot tub jets were broken. Breakfast was good. Bed was super uncomfortable. Tossed and turned all night, Husband was miserable. Bed was actually broken, from to many guest bouncing in the center of it. Front desk guy was asleep on a pillow with his head down when i walked it. "
