"Staff was great, room was clean and very comfortable. I was upgraded to a room with a fireplace in front of the bed, which was very nice. Bed, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable, which is the most important thing in my opinion. This is my second time staying at this property and I will be back for sure. When I come up to visit my two kids at BSU, no need for me to look anywhere else. Location, price, and value is spot on for my needs! Excellent burger down in the steakhouse too!"
"The room was spotless, the breakfast was yummy and the pool and spa were fantastic! The only problem was they need to light up the entrance a little better because we weren't sure if it was the entrance or not because it was so dark. And the guy at the front desk didn't greet us as he was busy typing on his computer. We had to be the ones to greet him, which was a little awkward. But he was nice and helpful after that."
"Having reserved parking was nice! We did have to pay for it which I missed when booking but that’s okay. When we were leaving someone in the alley going to what looked like a business behind the hotel parked behind us and blocked us in. But we were able to squeeze out when we realized they weren’t coming anytime soon. There’s a coffee shop that had some food choices and alcoholic and non alcoholic options as well. The room was super cute and the beds were comfy! And the room had bath robes in it! How cool! If I’m ever looking for a hotel in Boise again, I will definitely look here! "
