"I guess this is a big oversight on my part, but when I booked the room, I saw that it had a complimentary breakfast included with our stay and a very nice-looking breakfast area from the pictures. Almost all hotels include a hot breakfast, so I just assumed that is what this hotel also offered. We were disappointed to go down in the morning and only have a cold breakfast (cereal, bagels, yogurt). Again, an oversight on my part, but we were really wanting a hot breakfast with some protein in it, so we went to Cracker Barrel instead. Otherwise, we had no issues with our stay. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable."
"Really nice facilities but the rooms themselves could be cleaner. My initial room had pee stains all over the toilet upon entering and though they happily gave me a new room, the bathroom had a clothes tag in the new room. It just felt like they didn't clean the rooms properly. The facilities are nice though and the hotel is very spacious."
"Nice hotel. Staff was nice. The hotel is a little dated but our suite was large and spacious. Shower was awkward. The only thing was that that housekeeping didn’t come around until close to 5pm our second day there and we were getting ready to go out for dinner so it did not get cleaned. Having said that, I asked the front desk to please have them clean our room the next day. They came much earlier while we were out and they did a nice job."
"It was a wonderful hotel, I enjoyed my stay there. I only Give it 4 stars due to finding the lobby was complicated. It’s located on the 3rd level and was difficult to find until other guests let me in. The pillows were nice but a bit to airy / flat. Overall, staff / cleanliness was superb "
