"I really enjoyed the modern look of the room. The pocket bathroom door made the space feel open and spacious, and the layout was thoughtfully designed to maximize every inch of the room. Comfortable, clean, and very well planned overall."
"The staff of this hotel were all super friendly and knowledgeable, from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast buffet crew. If it wasn't for them, I would give a lower rating. The reason I won't be back is the high noise level. The night before my 6:30am marathon, a jazz band was playing directly above my head (or at least it felt like they must be directly above my head). If it were an average Saturday night, it wouldn't have been an issue but I had to get up around 4:30am to run pretty far so I needed the rest. Much worse was my next door neighbor (for my final two nights) who I could hear all the time, including in the bathroom. His alarm went off for 30 minutes one morning. It woke me up, but not him. It was so loud, I stuck my head out the door thinking the hotel was being evacuated. I tried calling the front desk for about 20 minutes and got a busy signal each time. He also yelled at someone on the phone one night and it sounded like I had someone in my room yelling at me. "

Staff were friendly and responsive. Great service from night staff on April 30. Did not have enough soap and face towels and she promptly brought them to our room with a great attitude and smile. "
