"The Parker House is a historical property in a great location near Boston Common and the start of the Freedom Trail. However, the property feels old and dated. Hallways aren’t well kept, saw an anima running along the floor one night. Issues with the electricity in the room, could feel static. Main light would not stay on. Overall, a disappointing Omni experience. Would not stay again. "
"Of the places I stayed on my trip this was the nicest. Very clean and comfortable. The amenities were great. A full bistro with excellent service that had coffee, matcha, and breakfast food in the lower level. Upstairs was a full bar with sports on the TV, and a separate full restaurant. The workout room was impressive. Free weights, a full set of machines, cardio equipment, pullup bars, and lots of space. The view of the water outside was also beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again for certain and recommend."

"Staff and clean room were the best part! The bathroom toilet randomly ran for 5 seconds because of the Boston water sewage/drainage. It woke me up every hour lol. I went to shower and the shower handle fell off lol! Overall still a good location and a good place to rest the head. "
