"I love that when we checked in early the clerk comped us the extra charge and put us in a high quiet room with a fabulous view of the Sphere. Quietest stay in a hotel ever. Loved it for this alone but all was clean, and enjoyable."
"After adding an additional $150 for a higher view room, we entered to find no towels, a bathroom sink that required fixing for draining issues, and an unpleasant odor. There was no complimentary water, no robes, and the towels were shabby. And while gambling we had to purchase drinks as there didn't seem to be floor servers offering complimentary drinks. I gave 3 stars only because of the location, but will not be returning when there are so many options in las Vegas"

"The room was great and the place was lovely, except for an exceptionally rude bartender at one of the bars. I wish I caught his name, because then I would warn everyone to stay away from that particular bar. As a customer, I expect a welcoming greeting. I expect to not be ignored"
