"We enjoyed our stay at Shutters and the Bay. Our room was as described with a balcony over looking the ocean, beach, and sunrise. The staff were attentive, and the room and grounds were clean."
"Room was not very clean. Bathroom floor and shower was gross. The fabric at end of bed had red sticky stuff all over it. Staff was responsive to neighbors fighting though so that was appreciated."

"This is absolutely a First Class Hotel. From the moment we checked in at the front desk, greeted by a very professional young man Preston to the time we checked out everything was perfect!!!! We were celebrating our 45th anniversary and the hotel made everything so special.
This was our 2nd visit here and will be returning often.
